Nuheat Unveils the New SOLO ThermostatVancouver, B.C. 14 November 2008
Nuheat — the industry leader in electric radiant heating system — proudly announces the release of its new, Energy Star rated SOLO programmable thermostat, available in Winter 2008.
The new thermostat — another example of on-going innovation from Nuheat — offers a plethora of industry first features such as dual voltage (120V & 240V) application, 7-day programmability and the ability to link the thermostat to not only other heating zones within the home, but also external temperature sensors for a one-stop location of temperature information and control.
The SOLO thermostat also boasts the industry's easiest programming interface. The simple three button design and full menu screen makes programming the Energy Star rated SOLO quick and easy.
Once on shelves in the Winter 2008, the SOLO will also offer a virtual programming tutorial through Nuheat's website (www.nuheat.com). This web applet offers a fully interactive virtual thermostat, which user can click along with as they are "talked" through the programming of their new thermostat. The website also offers programming tips aimed at maximizing the efficiency of their Nuheat floor warming system.
The SOLO's sleek, modern design also continues Nuheat's commitment to unobtrusive, elegant controls, making it a perfect fit in any room of the home. Nuheat's new programmable thermostat raises the bar in home climate controls; 3 buttons, 2 voltages, 1 SOLO.
