    I wanted to take a moment and commend you and your team on your great customer service.
    • I spoke to a real human after going through a very short menu of choices - Painless
    • I learned that your hours are 5 AM to 5 PM – which is great!
    • The person I spoke with was enthusiastic and seem to really like her job
    • I was asked a couple of straight forward questions (I didn’t have to provide all kinds of irrelevant info): What kind of thermostat? What is the problem? How old is the product?
    • The person seemed very knowledgeable about the product. She suggested I try switching off the breaker which I had not done. Said if it doesn’t work after that, call back and we will deal with the issue.
    • That evening I tried the trouble shooting that was suggested, it didn’t work and I called back the next day.
    • The person I spoke with the next day was also very upbeat and friendly. I summarized my issue and described what I had done.
    • The person sent me a one page form to fill out which was painless (thanks for making the form an editable PDF). I returned the form by email.
    • Within 24hrs I received a confirmation email that a replacement part would be shipped.
    The whole process was straight forward, efficient and you stood behind your product. I am very impressed by the great customer service!

    Just a short note to tell you how effective and efficient your aftermarket customer service has been. I am a homeowner with a new home that contains a number of your SOLO tile floor heating systems. One failed recently. I contacted your customer service office ( half anticipating a difficult time ). I could hardly keep up with the speed of response. I wish I had noted the name of the young lady that handled my issue. Once I had described the problem, I was immediately sent ,THE SAME DAY!!!, a straight forward document to fill out and return. The following day I received a message that a replacement thermostat was on its way. Unit arrived in a few days, darn thing even included a screwdriver! I installed it. Worked like a charm. Outstanding product and customer support. You are to be commended. I have told a number of people about my experience and will continue to do so. If any of them decide to install in floor heating rest assured it will be Nuheat and it will be well deserved. Thanks again, a loyal fan.

    The online tutorial for the thermostat is great! It fixed my problem immediately! I visited two dealers (in Saskatoon) and they weren't able to help me. The online tutorial fixed the problem in under a minute! Guess what? The power switch was set on "Stand By" instead of "On". One dealer tried to sell me a new thermostat for $250. The other dealer suggested that I phone the wholesaler. The wholesaler told me how great your phone support line was and I found your website (and the online tutorial) when I googled "Nuheat" for your contact info. Once again, thanks for a great online tutorial. It just saved me a few hundred dollars and convinced me to use your products for an upcoming project. THANK YOU!

When I made the phone call to customer service, however, our thermostat was replaced with no questions asked. That type of service seems so uncommon with most companies these days, so I have to say it was absolutely refreshing to have this replacement go so nicely. I have shared this experience with numerous friends and if I have any further projects in the future, I will not hesitate to use your products. Thank you very much!

    Yesterday, one of your technicians, Richard, was here to tend to our radiant heat floor. I previously contacted your customer service regarding a problem with the floor and was given Richard's name. The telephone conversation I had with him left me feeling that I was in good hands. He worked us in to his schedule promptly and was able to remedy our problem during his visit. Both my husband and I were very glad to have the problem resolved and feel that Richard reaffirmed our decision to have chosen a Nuheat product and radiant heat for our floors.     I recently installed about 350 square feet of radiant heating in three areas of a suite I'm building in my house. I have installed two Tempo Thermostats and have two areas up and running - what a wonderful heat! I am short one thermostat and wondered about the SOLO programmable. How much is it? Where do I buy one? I got the originals through my electrician and I have tried my local hardware and Home Depot and neither seems to carry your product.

    I contacted customer service at Nuheat once before and they sent me the screw that I lost from one of the TEMPO thermostats, I really appreciated the prompt and no hassle service I received. Thank you!

    I'm writing to document the outstanding service provided by one of your Nuheat technicians, specifically Richard. Richard has been superb in helping us resolve problems we've experienced with a contractor installed Nuheat flooring system.

    He called us while on travel, from the office, and even from his home on a weekend, while guiding us through the test and repair process. He devised a method of viewing the work space remotely by using a combination of Skype in conjunction with my ipad camera. Via this method he could inspect the job site and recommend the appropriate splices necessary to bypass the problem area. In fact, because of Richard's foresight, it was necessary to remove only one tile to effect the repair rather than resorting to removing a significant number of tiles

  • I called Nuheat customer care to see if I could order directly and how soon I could expect my order. I didn't take down the name of the lady who helped me, but she did a great job. She contacted a Key Account Manager in Toronto, who called me within the hour. He was friendly and eager to help. Next morning I received a call from my local distributor. She discussed my requirements, confirmed my order and quoted me a very attractive price. She suggested air delivery and promised that the mats would be at my house within three days. Sure enough, three days later the mats arrived, in time for installation without holding up the tile layer. Your customer care person called me several times to make sure that I was being taken care of.
    My order was a small one - about $700 retail. The service, attention and concern that I received from your staff was what I might have expected if I was a major customer. I was a little surprised and thrilled that this customer care still exists.
    I thought that you should know how well your division looks after Nuheat's customers, the outstanding job that they're doing and how much I appreciated the service.

  • I would also like to mention that one of your designers was extremely helpful. My ensuite bathroom and closet are by no means simple rooms to measure and draw. The rooms consist of crazy angles, multiple walls, and I would be at a loss to describe in words what the shapes of these rooms are.
    Your designer spent the good part of an hour helping me measure and draw this room so that I could order your product. Without his help I am certain that any standard sized mat I would have ordered would not have fit properly.
