Project Description: This luxury mixed-use condominium and hotel development includes 151 condo suites across two towers at seven- and 22-storeys each.

nVent NUHEAT Feature: Over 151 nVent NUHEAT Custom Mats were used to heat floors across all master ensuites. nVent NUHEAT HOME thermostats were installed to monitor and control the nVent NUHEAT floor heating that was added. Floor heating was not added to the hotel portion of the development.

Project Description: 432 Park Avenue is a luxury skyscraper in the heart of Manhattan. Designed by Rafael Vinoly and rising 1,396 feet above Park Avenue between 56th and 57th streets. 432 Park Avenue is the tallest residential tower in the western hemisphere.

Project Description: This project was completed by Normandy Remodeling. Bathrooms were renovated and electric floor heating was added under the tile floors.
